We use sophisticated and professional photography and videography equipment to provide you with high quality results. We use a Canon Rebel SL3 camera, tripods, a DJI Mavic Air 2 and a DJI Mini 2 drone, the latest iPhone model and a DJI gimbal to achieve this standard in photo/video quality.

We typically deliver the final assets within 4 business days after the photoshoot, but this may vary depending on the size of the project. We will always communicate the expected delivery timeline with you at the time of booking.
We take payment upon arrival, and services can be paid for in cash, cheque or eTransfer. Please note that all payments must be made in full prior to the delivery of any final products or services. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The length of a photoshoot can vary depending on the size of the property and the number of photos required. Generally, a photoshoot can take anywhere from 1-2 hours.
Yes, we will provide you with all of the photos and videos taken during the shoot, and you are free to choose which ones you would like to use for your listing. However, we recommend using all of the assets provided to give potential buyers a comprehensive view of the property.
